As the coronavirus situation evolves, and government advice develops, we wish to take proportionate measures to protect our members, guests and visitors.

We have therefore decided to  suspend bookings for parties/corporate events whilst the spread of the virus is still of concern.

Stay well.

Weddings, Christenings and Celebrations at Maidenhead Rowing Club

Maidenhead Rowing Club is the perfect setting for weddings, christenings and family celebrations. With outstanding views of the River Thames, on-site parking and a licensed bar, the Clubroom is the ideal venue for your event.

The Clubroom has a capacity for up to 100 people to sit and enjoy a meal with adjoining kitchen facilities for your caterers. The Bar offers magnificent views of the River Thames with Brunel's famous Sounding Arch to the left and Maidenhead Bridge to the right. With an open-fire, real ale and superior wines, the Bar further enhances our facilities to provide the perfect setting for your special occasion.

Both the Clubroom and the Bar open out onto the balcony which stretches the length of the club and is ideal for summer barbecues and parties.

Maidenhead Rowing Club Meetings and Conferences

Our Club Room is a beautiful oak-floored room with an abundance of natural light. The walls are adorned with pictures showing the history of the club from Bert Bushnell winning the 1948 Olympics to our Juniors winning their first race.

The adjoining bar has panoramic views downriver to Bray, through Brunel's famous Sounding Arch and Upriver to Maidenhead Bridge and Boulters Lock. This can be used as a breakout room during the day to enable individual satellite meetings should they be necessary.

The balcony, reaching the length of the club, is a wonderful place to stretch your legs and take in the view, weather permitting. Of course if you wish to row after your meeting this can be arranged too.

Maidenhead Rowing Club is the ideal venue for business meetings for between 4 & 100 delegates.
