We would love to hear from you if you are an experienced rower or sculler and wish to join an established squad. We offer a two-week temporary membership for you to experience the club on a trial basis. Email membership@maidenheadrc.org.uk for more information about joining our

If you have watched boats rowing up and down the River Thames and would like to experience this for yourself, we offer three Adult (18+) Learn to Row courses every year. The 2025 evening courses are full but there are places on the daytime course, details below:
Daytime Course:
2 June to 25 June 2025
09:30 to 11:30 every Monday and Wednesday

Please be aware of the following points concerning your level of commitment, capabilities and payments required:
· You must be able to come to every session. There are no ‘catch-up’ sessions on different days.
· You must be able to swim 50 metres and be capable of lifting boats in and out of the water.
· The course (8 sessions) costs £280.
· To secure your place on the course you will be asked to pay a non-refundable £50 deposit that will be taken off the cost of the course.
· The final £230 payment must be made by March 31st 2025, after this date your place will be released.

Maidenhead Rowing Club holds the British Rowing accreditation as a Learn to Row Centre.
Our courses are run by experienced coaches who are British Rowing accredited.
